Vellora.

Terms of Use

Effective June 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of Vellora, the travel planning app available on iOS and at velloratravel.com. By creating an account or using Vellora, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Vellora is (and isn't)

Vellora is a planning tool: it helps you organize trips, save places, build itineraries and generate travel content. Vellora is not a travel agency and does not make bookings, sell travel, or guarantee anything about the places it shows. Itineraries, guides and suggestions, including those generated with AI, are starting points: opening hours, prices, availability, safety conditions and travel requirements change, so verify anything important before you rely on it. Your travel decisions are your own.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Vellora. Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Danger Zone → Delete account).

3. Free trial, subscription and Trip Passes

4. Your content

Your trips, notes, documents and other content belong to you. You give us the license we need to host, process, display and share it (with the people you invite) in order to run the service. If you forward booking emails to your import address, you confirm you're entitled to share their contents with us.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Vellora: no unlawful content, no scraping or bulk extraction, no reverse engineering, no reselling access, no abusing AI features or rate limits, and no using the service to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Third-party content and services

Place data, photos, maps and similar content come from third parties (including Google). We don't control and can't guarantee their accuracy, and their availability may change. Payments are handled by Apple, Stripe and RevenueCat under their own terms.

7. App Store terms

If you downloaded Vellora from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app or its content.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Vellora is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law guarantees you, including under Brazilian law.

9. Termination

You can stop using Vellora or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; where reasonable, we'll warn you first.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vellora after a change means you accept it.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: support@velloratravel.com
